Having page information appear before blog name in the title is advantageous because of better SERP. Thanks

My apologies to anyone who pasted code in their comment and it is no longer showing up. I recently moved to a new server and had to transfer my database as well. I ran across some database encoding issues that screwed with a lot of comments…I’m trying to fix what I can, but a lot of it is just gone. I’ve fixed the source of the problem though, so it won’t happen again.
