For a number of reasons, I have decided to move to a new OpenPGP key and will
be transitioning away from my old key (which will be revoked shortly). This
message has been signed with both the old and the new keys in order to certify
the transaction.

The old key was:

pub   1024D/50EDFCCD 2008-05-31
      Key fingerprint = 7074 406E 8272 D083 1E31  2845 666F D4C1 50ED FCCD

...and the new key is:

pub   4096R/C31E7946 2013-03-27
      Key fingerprint = 5FC9 160D A643 E0E9 B83A  F4BB 5E34 0427 C31E 7946

To fetch my new key from a public key server, you can simply do:

  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key C31E7946

If you already know my old key, you can now verify that the new key is signed
by the old one:

  gpg --check-sigs C31E7946

If you don't already know my old key, or you just want to be double extra
paranoid, you can check the fingerprint against the one above:

  gpg --fingerprint C31E7946

If you are satisfied that you've got the right key, and the UIDs match what you
expect, I'd appreciate it if you would sign my key and then upload the
signature directly to a public key server:

  gpg --sign-key C31E7946
  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --send-key C31E7946
